| KSM, the Victim
On Monday, some six years after 9/11, military prosecutors filed charges against Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, al Qaeda's foreign-operations chief, along with five of his conspirators. They will stand before a military tribunal, and if convicted they could face execution. And as if to prove that the U.S. has lost its seriousness and every sense of proportion, now we are told not that KSM is a killer, but a victim. The victim, supposedly, of President Bush. Opponents of military commissions (including Barack Obama) want KSM & Co. turned over to the regular civilian courts, or at least to military courts-martial; anything else is said to abridge American freedoms. This attitude is either disingenuous or naïve, or both, because it is tenable only by discounting the nature of the attacks and the enemies who carried them out.
Rebuttals to Reasons NOT to Impeach
Investigations will turn up new, fresh witnesses who will roll over and testify against Cheney and Bush. It’s not about timely convenience. It’s about the congress obeying their oath to uphold and defend the constitution—which Bush and Cheney have treasonously violated. 3- . Bush and Cheney have broken no laws Bush and his defenders argue that as Commander-in-Chief, Bush and his designate Cheney have not violated any laws. The counter argument: The violation of Geneva Convention principles would be a breaking of U. S. law since the United States has signed "a treaty" banning torture and other mistreatment of detainees. International Treaties become U. S. Law and may not be negated by the President. Justice Bryer 9 Oct 2007. And just because Bush issues a signing statement—actually, over 1000—doesn’t mean he is right, that he doesn’t have to follow the laws the congress has passed.

Should airport security be allowed to search and seize our digital ...
The democrats were right for going on vacation instead of voting to renew our right to ease drop on others. So what if we have another 9-11? No one should worry that anyone is listening when they talk onn their cell phone. What are a few thousand American lives when we are talking about cell phone security? I WANT MY RIGHT TO PRIVACY!!!! But airport searches? People like Andrea might not want their laptops searched. What are a few thousand American lives compared to Andrea getting through the sirport in a expedient manner. Screw the public. Andrea has appointments. America needs to learn that now that the Democrats are in charge, no one will want to hurt us anymore. We will be loved by the world just like they loved us during the 1990s. I understand that every other country in the world has security in their airports which is just as stringent as ours and many have security that is a lot worse, but we are Americans!! We are better than everyone else and I'll be damned if I am going to stand by and let those mean old Republicans make us afraid.

The Copper Outlook
Now if Copper can trade past 3.80 for 21 days then its virtually a given that it will go on put in a several new highs and should then challenge the 4.20 price point level before pulling back. In this long term 10 year chart we find that the 2.90 price point level also provides a major zone of support; this is a separate confirmation from a very long term chart. Traders can now start to look for stocks that have pulled back in this sector; for those looking for big gains perform trend analysis and focus on the small names. Final note This long term chart is indicating that in the mid term time frames China could experience what amounts to a minor recession. Thus copper could find support say at present level and rally all the way to the 3.80-4.10 ranges but then experience a hard pull back.
